Green Light Automotive, LLC uses the information you provide to arrange appointments, respond to questions, service your vehicle, and maintain customer and repair records. This can include your name, phone number, email, vehicle details, service requests, appointment details, and communication preferences.
Website and booking services
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Online booking and customer communications use HighLevel/LeadConnector. These services may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, and cookies needed to operate and protect their services. When you follow a booking link, you enter the booking provider's site.
Your text-message choices
You can choose service-related texts and promotional texts separately. Providing a phone number or booking an appointment does not by itself subscribe you to promotions. We use promotional permission for Green Light Automotive's own offers and rewards, including links to our offers on MyGreenDeals. It does not subscribe you to promotions from other MyGreenDeals businesses.
We retain permission records and opt-out information to respect your choices. A record may include the phone number, selected consent wording, submission time, source form, and available supporting details such as an IP address.
How information is shared
We do not sell your mobile information or provide it to other businesses or affiliates for their advertising or promotions. Text-message opt-in records and consent are not shared for another party's marketing. Providers that operate our booking, messaging, hosting, or customer-support services may process the information needed to perform those services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Choices and retention
Reply STOP to stop texts. For assistance, reply HELP or call (208) 842-3535. You can ask us to correct your contact information or discuss access or deletion by calling the shop. We keep information as needed for service, business records, legal obligations, and honoring opt-outs.
